Bulk and corporate orders
Companies, chambers of commerce, trade offices, schools and associations can order copies in bulk for training, gifts or resale. Tell us what you need and we will send a quote. Bulk orders are filled once a book is published; a quote is not a sale and asks for no payment.
Rights and permissions
Short quotations with credit are welcome. For anything beyond that, such as reproducing a chart, translation, audio, or adopting a book for a course, please ask.
